  • I have put in my booking request, now what?"
    After you have submitted your booking request, you will receive a confimation for your selected date and an invoice. You will have 24 hours to pay to secure your reservervation.
  • Am I buying or renting the Cardtastic display?
    Our Cardtastic yard card greetings are a 24 hour rental. We deliver, setup, and pick-up display when the rental period is over. There is nothing for you to do because we take care of it all!
  • How much does a Cardtastic Yard Card Greeting cost? What is included?
    A 24 hour Cardtastic personalzied yard card greeting rental is $90 (for up to 25 characters). This includes a personalized greeting, delivery, set up and take down. Extra charges may be incurred for rentals outside of the Highlands Ranch/Littleton area, or specialty set ups.
  • How do I reserve a Cardtastic Yard Card greeting?
    Click on the BOOK NOW button at the top of the page, or go to the booking page. Once the booking form is filled out and submitted, you will receive a confirmation and an invoice. You have 24 hours to pay the invoice and your greeting is reserved.
  • What is your refund policy?
    You can cancel your reservation up to three days in advance to receive a full refund. Any reservations cancelled between one and two days prior to your reservation will be applied toward a credit that can be used for another date within 12 months. In the event of inclement weather we may not be able to set up the greeting. You will receive a full refund in this case.
  • How long is the rental period?
    The rental period is between 24-36 hours depeding on the time of the pick up and delivery. Typically we will set up the night before or the morning of the event and pick up the next day.
  • Does someone need to be there when the delivery is happening?
    No. We take care of everything. However, we request that at least one person in the home be informed that we will be arriving.
